Olive Garden had never created any non-traditional work and we had the opportunity to do so with Valentine's Day in our sites.

It was less of an ask of the client, and more of us asking them if we could push something out in to culture. Having ran this brand for several years, they were extremely cautious about doing anything outside of promotions & LTOs.
